    I can connect the wireless wifi to my console but it appears that service information is not available

    I really need help, I've tried everything, but I can't even play the games I've downloaded digitally. Please if anyone knows help me

    Although your router is far, do your best to get an Ethernet cable, it is not very expensive and believe me it will help you

    My internet is working normally on any other device, I think a wired connection would help but I can't because of the router being far from the console

    Hello Natanael,

    Have you tried to use Ethernet to connect to the internet? Also ensure your internet is working on other devices.
