My info is correct but still telling me to update.

I tried it but still can't download it all of my info is updated or else it would tell me when I try and purchase it.

I tried to go to the website to make sure my Billing info is correct but it's telling me that the site is down due to technical reasons. I love my xbox and xbox live but this is bull****. Please tell me that you guys didn't get hacked and that my payment
info is safe.

The Advocacy Team sent me another email. Told me to update the contact email address and asked if my billing information was correct. Updated my contact email and it still fails.

As for the billing information, its correct. I'm starting to doubt that any of these support people communicate with each other because I have been asked 4 or 5 times if my billing information is correct, and I tell them every time it is.
