My inactive accounts been blocked

My account which I haven't signed into for 5 years been blocked. Obviously I know the email and password and honestly I've tried a couple hundred password before because I forgot the password. The recovery request forms declined me however. Will Xbox Support
unblock my account if I contact them and yes I know I got my own account blocked by entering so many passwords....

Its says the account been blocked for 2 of the various reason. 1. Someone entered the wrong password too many times 2. If you signed through an orginization you might not be about to sign in. Then it leads me to the account recovery form.

When that happens however the account is changed to unknown. The gamertag for the account still exsist

Hi,

Automatically, once the account isnt used for 5 years it will get deactivated and it cannot be recovered anymore. Contacting Xbox support still wont help.

You say you know the email and password what happens when you try and sign in?

Just try to resolve that issue with support.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
from support:

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options than online safety

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Or you can choose Recover my account but you will have only a chat option.
