Hi did you sign in with the same account you purchased the items

It's under Avatar Items in my memory Unit... but it IS the Recon helmet. Oh geez... does that mean it's an in-game item?

The list of purchased and downloaded items appear in the my games and apps. You will see the list of items you purchased on the right of each category (games & apps).

And also, when I try to transfer my saved game to my xbox hard drive it says "Can't transfer item. This item cannot be transferred between profiles."
