Hi All,

My hotmail account that is linked to my Xbox profile has been suddenly temporarily suspended & I can't sign in with my Xbox profile. How can I solve this issue ??

3/4 years ago I created an Xbox Live profile that I later linked to a Microsoft (Hotmail) account, however 1 year ago I deleted this Hotmail account because no I forgot my Xbox live profile was linked ...

So I find myself with an Xbox live profile without a Microsoft account, how can I link to a Microsoft account to be able to log in? I still have the Xbox Live Profile on my Xbox.

cant recover Xbox profile (customer support sent me here)

So i was told to go to fourm 16 but couldnt find so... But my problem is that my account has been suspended til 2/2/14. And i can't recover any profiles not mine or my friends whixh the guy said my Xbox has been lockout so i can't reccover anyones profile.
But he said to come here and that you guys can unlock my xbox so i can download my friends profile and mine. So i know my account is suspended but why can't i download other profiles my brother-in-law cant play or my friend.

Can you provide us with a few more details regarding the issue? I understand you have a temporarily suspended account. Is the suspension from Xbox itself or from the Hotmail services? If it is Xbox Policy Enforcement team related take a look here:
Xbox Live Enforcement Team at the enforcement site it will give you more information about your Xbox Live suspension and give you any options available. If the suspension is in place
on the Microsoft Account itself I suggest going to
Microsoft Account Site and signing in with your regular Microsoft Account Email and Password. Once logged in if there is a suspension regarding abuse of your Microsoft Account it should provide you with more information and any possible actions to get this
resolved.

The problem is with my hotmail account that affects my Xbox live account. I raised several tickets with the customer support regarding this from more than 10 days ago and they are not replying !!!

Please tell me what can I do now ?

 

Sign into your account at account.microsoft.com and it should pop up a box that tells you what you need to do to get your Hotmail account unsuspended.
