    Hi there,

    you can only change your Home console a few times during a year and each change will stay used for 1 year.

    Usually it's not needed to change the Home console that often, since it's meant to be used on your own Primary console.

    In case a reset of the counter is needed you can try to contact Xbox Support (via Phone), they will determine if you are eligible for a reset or not.

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
