I didn't know how exactly to contact support from someone higher up capable of assisting with this.

So recently I have not been able to play my purchased games offline but didn't know why. I later found out that it was because my friend was using my switch so I went to settings to switch it back to my console because he doesn't use xbox as much anymore
and couldn't do it because it was my final switch that was already used. So I need to get my switch as soon as possible if you guys are able to do such things. I just want to be able to enjoy my games the way I should. I only need 1 switch not 3 Because it's
only going to my main console I use almost 24/7. : ) Anyways Hope to hear back from you guys soon.

    :)

You can change your home console up to 5 times every 12 months.

If you have reached that limit then you will have to wait i'm afraid.

No one will reset the limit for you except in certain circumstances like it's a new console that needs to be registered or if you have had your console replaced by Microsoft due to it being sent of for repair.
