My home email and family Microsoft accounthas been hacked/deleted

Hi,

I hope someone can help, as it appears impossible to contact Microsoft directly. I noticed tonight that my family Xbox account would not let me sign-in. In my email inbox was an email stating "I have hacked your email -your password is xxx " Whoever did this has changed my Microsoft account - if I try to log on it now says the account doesn't exist! So all my purchases from the digital store are gone.

Can anyone advise, because as I say, there seems no way to contact Microsoft other than an autobot which is no help at all. Thank you.

It seems that you was victim of a phishing email :c
Another option can try contact Microsoft support to see if they can escalate your issue to security department.
Due to unfortunately regular Microsoft support can’t help you on this one.
They don’t have access to account info or can modify it

My account has been hacked deleted email and mobile number I don't exist to microsoft so what do you do?!

the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??
