My Holiday Punchcard Not Awarded But I Met All Criteria!

I am writing in relation to the holiday punchcard (ran December 1st to December 31st) in which you earn a punch each time £10.05 is spent on xbox market place purchases (games music movies etc) up to a maximum of five punches to earn a 7500 credit reward.
Over December I spent approx £80 on the X Box store and I have checked all purchases met the criteria. However, I have only received one punch by the 31st December, which I believe is wrong since I met all criteria and spent well beyond what was required.

As the promotion ended January 1st I am unable to check the status of my punchcard now but I want to see the credits I should have received in my account as I have earned them, it is a small thing to ask considering I must have spent thousands of pounds
on Microsoft hardware/software over the years!

Come on Microsoft, Sort it out!

By the way, tried contacting X Box Rewards Team on Twitter several times, got zero replay, very poor customer service IMHO, contacted X Box support, they said to post. If this doesn't get it sorted I'll be telephoning as this is not acceptable!

No Specialization Codes Received

Xbox LIVE Rewards Forum. The team is often back-logged so it'll probably be a few days before you get a reply.

 

I posted in X Box Live Rewards Forum:
forums.xbox.com/.../4415522.aspx on 5th January, had nothing since, contacted X Box support and X Box Rewards team several times via twitter and getting either no response (X Box Rewards) or useless responses telling me to post in/tweet to different places
(X Box Support). Instead of passing the buck why not just sort this issue out for me please!

 

The forum I linked you to above is the only ones who can sort out the issue. The Xbox LIVE Rewards team is it's own unit and traditional support can't help.

Generally speaking though you only get one punch per qualifying transaction so if you bought a 45 pound game that would only get one punch. If the rest of them were under 10 pounds then you wouldn't get any punches for those purchases.
