My Hoco Flying dragon wireless game pad cant connect and doesnt work on xbox in my laptop...

As mentioned third party controllers usually don't work as intended. You will probably have to try another option. Something official would be best

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately Xbox does not cover 3rd party products. If your controller does not work on the console or PC you would need to contact the manufacturer for help getting it connected.

im on my xbox 360 and its connected to my laptop because it doesnt have a wireless adapter but it says its connected to my laptop but there is no internet connection through ipv4 or ipv6. what do i do

Well I have the latest XBOX and router firmware and I have a datel wireless adapter for xbox and a wireless to ethernet adapter for xbox. Both work because I have tested them on my laptop. Also my router is not on the not supported list.

I think the problem is that my router does not work with my xbox. I have run my xbox through my laptop to wireless and it works fine. The only difference between the setup i used for my laptop to wireless and my wireless ethernet adapter is that the adapter
takes on the name of the device it is connected to.

I know this sounds stupid but my xbox does not come up as a device on my router (ie it has no name) this could mean something.

Also my router firewall has been detecting port scanner attacks at the same time as I am testing XBOX live on my xbox when I had it connected to my wireless adapter or wireless ethernet adapter but not my laptop.

Also forgot to mention that my dhcp reservation list on my routers page doesnt realize when my xbox 360 is even hooked up, however when my other comupter(laptop) is on which uses a wireless connection it connects flawlessly connects to the internet and the
dhcp reservation list posts its ip address by it being on.
