Please restart your PC because a simple restart can resolve this type of issue.

And then uninstall and reinstall Audio Drivers. f updating doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers:

In Device Manager, right-click on your high definition audio device and select "Uninstall device".

Restart your computer. Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers.

Next is to check Windows Audio services. Make sure that the Windows Audio service is running:

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

Type services.msc and press Enter.

Locate "Windows Audio" in the list and ensure it is running. If not, right-click and select "Start".

Then run the Audio toubleshooter. Windows has a built-in troubleshooter that can help identify and fix audio issues.

To do this please go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot".

Select "Playing Audio" and run the troubleshooter.

Kindly make sure as well that your audio device is properly connected and not damaged.

There are multiple reports in regards to getting high packet loss, however, there are no reported issues so we just need to perform troubleshooting steps because it can be an issue on a specific network provider.

If I may ask, are you connected via wired or wireless?

Also, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
