My headset isnt working

My Hyper X Cloud II mic isn't working i can hear in game sound as well as other peoples voices but they cannot hear me.

I went through both the Support team from Hyper X as well as The Support team from Microsoft and neither were able to find a fix.

When my headset is plugged in I see the headset symbol not the mic with a dash through it.

I have tried multiple controllers

My mic works on pc but it is very quiet

It doesn't work on xbox

Also When i record my mic on OBS it sounds normal and clear but when i'm in a party chat on PC my friends said it is super quiet to where they can't hear me

IS THERE A FIX?

so i got this headset because the same issue happened with my other headset so i got a new one thinking it was just broken but now i know it is a much weirder issue

Looks like there is an issue with NAT. Please test your Xbox Mutiplayer connection then check the console NAT Status. If its' Strict, forward Xbox live ports to your router.

Xbox Live requires the following ports to be open on your router:

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

I tried with another controller and nothing happened and when i did a new calibration nothing happened

Hi you try make test of your Headset in Other Controller or other Device to make Test? Try go in Settings System Kinnect & Devices > Controller and try make a new calibration

One time this happen with me and making the New Calibration Solve. Or try see if have update for your Controller
