    My HDMI wont work


    My problem is on my Xbox One S model 1681, it works fine but the only problem is that the HDMI doesnt work not an Xbox problem but just the tv. i have all the wires connected the tv HDMI 2 (HDMI for the Xbox) and the rest of my HDMI's wont work i can only turn it on ( with controller), turn it off (with controller), and turn off the controller but i cant restart the Xbox with the controller i cant figure out whats going on my profile name is plese help me i only wanted to play Forza Horizon 4 My HDMI wont work :(

    Hey HeavyDirtyS0u1! Next step would be trying your console on another TV or display to see if the console is still able to display out. Was the console damaged at all when the TV fell? Post back and let me know!

    Hey HeavyDirtyS0u1! Do you have another HDMI cable you can try, another TV, or the ability to test your console at a friends house? That will help find out where the problem lies. Post back and let me know!
