My hdmi port isn’t working

The port might be fried try going to a repair shop or call Microsoft for one of their guys to come and fix it.

Sorry to hear about your issue with your Xbox. Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then try it again.

Hey there, I’m not sure if you mean that the port on your Xbox isn’t working or the port on your TV isn’t working. If it’s your Xbox, make sure you’re using the HDMI Out port rather than the HDMI in. Check these troubleshooting steps as well :

If it’s your TV’s port that isn’t working, there are adapters out there for HDMI to Component or Scart, though you will likely have latency and lower resolution through those ports. Honestly, I’d just keep my eyes peeled for a good deal on a new TV on Black

Hi AngelObullets, yes I tried HDMI IN 2 and HDMI IN 3 (ARC) ports but the problem isn’t fix

Make sure your TV input is on the right setting. On some TV’s, there seems to be a restriction on which port works for what. I remember on my old TV it had to be into HDMI 2 to work. Try moving the cord to a different port. If it still doesn’t seem to
be turning on, make sure there isn’t a short in the wire. This can make cause an issue with display.
