My halo 5edition xbox one halo redeem code is not working

My redeem code isnt working. I used my phone to log into my microsoft account to enter the code wich said successful but itsnot showing up on my xbox howcan i fix the problem because when i try the redeem code again it says its been used.

Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code disappeared

Hello,

I pre-ordered Halo Wars: Ultimate Edition and I received a code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition in my inbox on my Xbox One. However, before I had the chance to redeem the code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition it disappeared from my inbox. Can you please
resend the code or supply me with a different code if that's not possible?

Halo 5 Xbox One Bundle Code Doesn't Work

I recently bought the Xbox One Halo 5 bundle which is supposed to include a free download to the game as well as the console, but the code is not working. The bundle also comes with a 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial, and when I try to redeem the code, it just
says that I already have Xbox Live Gold. How can I redeem this code to download the game? Are there supposed to be two different codes?

Hey there!

Thanks for the support message.

On your Xbox One, please try to power cycle your console by holding the power button down while the console is on for about 10 seconds until the light shuts off complete, then wait 30 seconds to power it up again.

Once done, navigate to "My Games & App>Games>Scroll all the over to the right under "Ready to install" and see if it's there."

And if the code works the same as the one that came in Halo Reach for the Halo Legends cartoon then the code must be redeemed on Zune.net website with the same Email address used on your gamertag, then it will show up in the Zune purchases on the xbox.

When you click on the link to claim it, it does specify that you need to redeem it on the Halo Waypoint....I claimed a Halo code on my Xbox a while ago and didn't bother to redeem it as I saw I needed to redeem it on Waypoint and I couldn't be dealing with doing that on Xbox.

If you have a PC, it's easier to do it as you can just claim them on the Xbox app and it takes you straight to Halo Waypoint, automatically enters the code and you just need to press the submit button and it's done (I just did it with a current one)

First, if you have purchased the physical disc copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, make sure to redeem the code that came with the game. For more information about redeeming Xbox codes, check out our how
to redeem an Xbox prepaid code page.
If you have already redeemed the code or have a digital copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, navigate to My games & apps from the homepage of your Xbox One console.
Select the Apps tab and then navigate to the Halo Channel app.
Press the Menu button and select Manage app.
Select Uninstall.
Once the Halo Channel has uninstalled, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
Power on your console and navigate to My games & apps.
While in the apps tab, scroll to the right and select The Halo Channel under the section labeled READY TO INSTALL. Select Install.
Once The Halo Channel app has installed, navigate to My Games & apps and select the Halo Channel.
Under the Featured tab, select Play.

Give the suggested a try and let us know if you are unable to play Halo: Nightfall.
