    My halo 5 code was erased I didn't even get to redeem it. I didn't delete my message ...


    If someone can help I don't know who to ask...I'm in the preview program I read the message and it contained 2 codes I was in the middle of a game and snapped messages when I unsnapped to finish game the conversation wasn't even in my inbox.

    Halo MCC - Please resend ODST code

    I recently re-download Halo MCC and went to finally redeem my ODST code, but didn't realize that the message would automatically delete itself after 30 days.

    NEED CODE FOR ALAN WAKE - PURCHASED QUANTUM BREAK IN APRIL NEVER REDEEMED CODE

    Hello I purchased Quantum Break in April digitally and received a code for Alan Wake (both 360 Alan Wake's I believe) in my messages.

    I didn't redeem them and only now want to, but my messages have all been erased from June backwards. I'm not sure why this is? I can't access my code for Alan Wake any other way.
