My Guide Menu Won’t Work

Hello Xbox Support,

When I turn on my Xbox it says to sign in to my account. So, I pressed the Xbox Button and the screen went dim like always but the Guide Menu didn’t pop up. So I turned my Xbox off and on again and did the same thing. It repeated this 3 times and nothing
happened. So I tried launching a game with no one signed in and it always says I need to sign in first so I pressed the Xbox Button and it did the same thing. I can’t sign in and play games or do anything because my Guide Menu won’t work. It’s not my controller
because when’s I hold it down the Little’s Menu that say to power off or power off you’re control still works.

Try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

power cycle system. Sometimes it can cause delays in opening functions.

same here. Luckily, I'm still signed in but it means I can't get to the settings as easy, or back to the home screen from within other apps.
