My gta 5 new gen keeps kicking me out when I launch a mission can any help me with us pls

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

Remove your account, power cycle, and re-add your account:

Here's how to remove your account:

> Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
> Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
> Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Power Cycle:

> Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

> Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Then re-add your account.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.
Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, enter, and then follow the instructions.

Then check if the game crash will still occur on your game GTA V.

with my account when i go in to gta 5 it disconnect me from xbox live.

can some one help me pls.

I only own Gta. If I am playing online on my own it works. Once I join a mission/map/session with a friend. Kicks me out aftrr 5-10 mins of playing

If that's the case, you may need to reach out to Rockstar support since this is the only game that you're having an issue with.

Kindly try to uninstall and reinstall the game to fix the issue.

You can also try to reset it keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
