My Gt is ... but im trying to change it to just "AHY" and the guy who owns that name hasnt been on xbox in 9 years.. Im an active competitive COD player is there any way possible i could get that GT?

asu asi vista la pagina de enforcement.xbox.com entra con tu cuenta y revisa el status de tu cuenta

Trying to get a hold of a certain gamertag name change! Please help!

So the gamertag "Dizaster" is taken. and I really want to have the original "Dizaster" name. I've tried contacting the owner of the gamertag "Dizaster" but he hasnt logged in, in forever. He is only a silver account and has 3 star rep and 0 gamerscore.
From what I heard is trying to sell the account name. But I was wondering, since i've been a loyal xbox live member for up to 6 years, never had any infractions and have paid for plenty of gamertag changes, is there anyway I can pay the 9.99 to change my gamertag
to "Dizaster"? I mean the guy who owns that hasnt logged on in forever and doesnt pay for gold and has never actually played a game in his life considering his 0 gamerscore. It would really mean the world to me, I've wanted that name for so long but I could
never actual contact this person. It's been several years since I wanted it. Please please help!

I'm afraid if a GT has been taken, we aren't able to make any changes to provide it to you. In the past we have recycled older Gamertags that are not in use, I suggest keeping an eye out on MajorNelson.com for any future announcements on that.
