you have to collect the items then and as you know they come at random

 

you have to reach that level before it advances, as to reach france silver you need to get to 31

 

I am level 45 but still in bronze collection in every country. Do I have to do something special?

 

ok are you playing silver on the countries as if not then you won't get silver pieces and if you are playing silver you have to be paitent as they can come quick or you'll have to play a while as they drop randomly
