my graphic api not work in game

are you running the game of a standard hdd or ssd. one big thing, make sure to uninstall the hd graphics pack that installs with it, this is meant for 4k



etc.

i run this game with high graphics and never see graphics like that, i suspect it is a graphics driver issue.

here is a pic of the game running at low graphics for your card, the gpu is hitting 99% with low settings, having it high may cause issues.

direct x compatibility is main issue for this case.

It won't be a DirectX issue. The DirectX graphics API will be included as part of Windows 10 updates.

It's unlikely to be a graphics driver either as GTA launches.

Make sure your laptop is plugged into the mains when you launch your games. Also, change the power settings when plugged in to 'High Performance.

What games launcher are you using for the games that aren't working?

If you're attempting to change it via the graphics driver software it won't work as Xbox app games are encrypted.

The fix is to type Graphics settings into the Windows Search bar

i do not remember where i purchased it. it was too demanding for my graphics card so, i had to upgrade my graphics card to run it at maximum.
