    Was suspended for ever?

    OK I will tell you why your GRANDSON was suspended. He did something that violated the code of conduct that he agreed to when he accept the rules of xbox live. If he was suspended forever he did something like modding his xbox console so he could change
    things on xbox live. Like the color of his avatar. Which is in direct voilation of the code of conduct. If this has happened to your GRANDSON it happened because he did it, and they have proof that he did. He was reported by someone. They investagated the
    matter and found grounds for the suspention. Sorry to tell you but your GRANDSON cheated and this is the punishment for what he did.
