My gold subscription is corrupted

Do you have a current Xbox Live Gold subscription on this Xbox Live account? If you're seeing a price for the game, that may be an indication that your Xbox Live account is missing a Gold subscription which you would need to access features like Games with
Gold.

Double check and let us know.

I also have a gold live subscription. Do I need to get my son a gold subscription too , or can we do it with just my gold subscription?

Are you on a child account? Won't work as GTA is 18+

Could also be a corrupted local profile or your Rockstar Social Club Account (whatever that is) has been banned.

Hi sorry, been away. So it turned out my profile is corrupted. I tried everything, remove and then re-download my profile. Also if I go to subscription, it gives me the 0x80bd0006 error.

I contacted support, she was nice and supportive, but couldn't find any solution to this. She even refreshed my Gold subscription but no luck. Still getting this error.

As a workaround I can DL the games online, but this is quite frustrating I can't use my console for it was supposed to be used.

Hi, thanks, but it did not work. I cleared the cache and made sure there were no corrupt profiles or data. However, it still will not download my profile. However, looking at this thread:

Several people in the thread had this same 800704 DC error after their XBOX Live Gold subscription expired. Mine just expired 2 days ago and these issues came up right after, so I think that the expiration of my gold subscription is what is causing this.
Might there be a way to look at that and for the engineers to do what was done for them?
