Thanks for that, if you're the organizer you need to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and manage her account settings, make sure that the settings above are all set to "allow" or "everyone".

You can simply ask your girlfriend to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

I know I have done that and nothing still it still thinks she is in a child account. I’ve given her unrestricted access to everything.

Does she have a Nintendo switch online subscription? It is required if she will be playing an online multiplayer game such as Minecraft.

originally it said her account was a child account and didn’t allow her to create realms but that went away after I made a family account and put her on there now it just says it doesn’t work because she doesn’t have access to clubs.
