My Gears of war 1 and 3 codes aren't working. Reference # 1370506197

I received 4 codes after purchasing gears of war 4 and when I entered the codes only 2 and judgment worked

Received my codes for all the gears war games. Redeemed 1 and 3 but 2 and judgement aren't working they say there already redeemed but they don't appear in my games list.

 

Those 2 games are region locked so usually region issues are the problem. Does your account region match your physical location?

If you don't live in an Xbox live region there is no way to make them work

As part of the terms and conditions you must live in an supported country excluding Japan and china

 

My account is American but for the next few months I'm living in Canada

 

That would be the issue. You'd either need to migrate your account region to Canada or wait until you're back in the US and redeem them then.
