My gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment token codes were erased

I traded in my gears of war ultimate yesterday at gamestop to pre order gears of war 4 and I wanted to replay all the gears games with my wife before it came out and I knew I had the token codes in my xbox live gamertag messages and for some reason they
are ALL GONE. I know I didn't use those codes. My wife had hers and we redeemed them on my account but we have 2 xbox ones and we want to play them co op so is there anyway I can get my token codes for the games I did earn them and if you have record of my
messages you can clearly see the ones for my gamertag have been redeemed. Please and Thank you very much

Gears of War ultimate edition tokens

I purchased the gears of war ultimate edition when it came out. I have only received gears of war 3 token and Gears of War Judgment token. I'm missing gears of war 2 token. I received the tokens by console messaging. I would like my gears of war 2 TOKEN
PLEASE.

 

Gears of War 1,2,3, Judgement codes from 4 pre-order are Duplicates.

I was messaged my download codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgment on xbox for my pre-order of 4. They were sent in 2 messages with 2 codes each but the 2 codes in each message were identical. I could only download Gears 1 and Gears 3.

The first message was supposed to have both Gears of War 1 and 2, but had two of the same codes for Gears 1

the second message was supposed to have both Gears of War 3 and Judgement, but only had duplicate codes for Gears 3
