    Good morning, I call for help, my gears 5 does not start, it does not even try to start it, no loading screen appears or anything, I have formatted the computer and it still does not work, I have tried
    everything and it does not work, Please help, I don’t know what to do, it’s not the first time this game has broken

    I have a error code (0xc0000142)
