My gamescore disappeared!!

Discus and support My gamescore disappeared!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I had around 10,000 gamescore points, however since this morning my account has just about 800 points.     My gamescore disappeared!!


    I had around 10,000 gamescore points, however since this morning my account has just about 800 points. Any help? I couldn't find an answer for this issue.

    If it's xbox one games then it's a glitch that will correct itself within a few days.

    No idea why it happens but it is something that has been affecting a few people over the past couple of years,including me.

    I lost over 200k when it happened to me but like i said,it does correct itself within a few days.

    When did the gamescore disappear ?

    To be honest i'm a bit stumped,i assume you've deleted your profile & re downloaded it?

    Incorrect Gamerscore?

    I have the same problem. My profile has a Gamescore 795 (Xbox One profile)

    On the xbox site a gamescore 830

    Gamescore on my gamelist 1050

    I use only a Xbox One with smartglass.

    My Gamerscore on Xbox.com is Inaccurate

    At the top of the page it now shows my true gamescore, but on the forums it still shows an inaccurate gamescore.

    Sorry to hear it. It does sound like an enforcement issue. You will need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to get more info. Unfortunately no one here can help further with this
    though.
