    My games will not install


    I have been trying to download power wash simulator and grounded and it keeps saying to download gaming services even though it's already downloaded. I press it anyway and it will not download. I can't download any games now cause it keeps saying this one thing over and over and whatever I do to fix it so I can download games, nothing gets fixed. I have tried everything, changing internet, restarting my pc, resetting the app, restarting the app, everything else in the book and I still can't download a game from the xbox app. I tried contacting microsoft themselves and I haven't gotten an email or response yet cause I posted a problem on feedback hub and haven't gotten anything.

    No i havent tried this yet. As soon as i posted this the install bar popped up. Its been frozen on 9% for 10 minutes now though :/

    I think it is the disk so i am installing the free trial so it downloads the game but when the trial ends it will say buy game or put in disk so i hope i can just put in the disk for to say i buyed it thank you for your responce

    To answer your inquiry, that is highly possible since many antivirus software programs automatically delete suspicious files during security scans. Although these antivirus tools let you restore deleted files, they’ll most likely delete the file again during subsequent scans.
