I have followed the steps you requested.

I disabled my VPN, Firewall and Antivirus and ran the test you asked via the Xbox Console Companion. This was the result:





I have checked for Windows updates and appear to be fully up-to-date. Version 21H2. See screenshot below:





I've run through the Microsoft store app and applied any updates. There were no specific Xbox related updates to be made.

I've tried running the test again and get the same result.

After updating

I Have the same problem except the cancel button flashes too fast to press it. (Edit) I also noticed that the game (Bleeding Edge) doesn't disappear from my game pass library like other games that I uninstalled. I can't reinstall it and I can't remove it
from my Game Pass library. Like you said, something isn't getting cleared.

I got the issue after restarting my pc after pausing an update. So I uninstalled the game and here I am.
