My games is not working...

Hi...Could you help with my console? My games is not working and I cant get in the microsoft store...I reset the system, but it didnt work too.

If you have a warranty return your Xbox from where you purchased it. Or call Xbox and they will most likely have you ship them the Xbox. I warn you it takes time when shipping so please be patient.

My Game is not working.

My Call of Duty WW2 game stopped working. I have tried everything to fix it but nothing seems to work. I'm on Xbox One by the way. Every time I load the game, it runs through the Activision logo, Sledgehammer games, and Raven. After that it goes to a black
screen and keeps playing the same music over and over again. It just stays at the black screen and never progresses from there no matter what I try. So far I have tried:

• uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times.
  
• I tried using a different copy of the game but that didn't work either so I don't thing it is the actual disc.
  
• I can play other games without issue so it isn't the system itself.
  
• I booted the game without signing into a profile and got the same error so I don't think it's that either.
  

I am completely at a loss as to what the issue is and where to go from here. Has anyone had similar issues with the game or anything I can go off of? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
