My Games & Apps Failure

Every time I go into "My Games & Apps" or manage a game on my Xbox One X the normal screen appears. About four seconds later the screen goes to black. I then press the home button on the controller and I can go back to the home page.

I've contacted Xbox support and their suggestions have not helped. Two hours trying all sort of different things.

I have done the following:

Cleared the cache.

Did a hard reset clearing out the hard drive of all games and reinstalling my account.

I tried another account that I have.

I bought a new Xbox One X. Reinstalled.

The OS did update properly.

I've plugged the box directly into the wall plug; used a different wall plug; used a UPS box powering up the Xbox directly.

I changed the resolution from 4K to 1K.

The last suggestion that Xbox support said was for me to send back to Microsoft the brand new Xbox One X for repair.

It's obvious that Microsoft doesn't have a clue about a solution to the problem.

Both my old Xbox and the new one has the same problem so it's not a hardware issue.

Right now I don't have anything else that I can think of to try. Any suggestions or solutions?
