My games and party doesn’t work

Hello, for the past few days I’ve been trying to play modern warfare 2 and every time I go on the game it says that I have a problem with my network, that also happens if I go into an Xbox party, it just says that it’s connecting for a while and then it just kicks me out. I tried hard resetting my console and i also have Xbox live and game pass active. I tried to play to play other games to and weirdly enough they work except call of duty.

There are a few possible causes for this problem, such as a corrupted game file, a network configuration error, or a server outage. I need some more information from you. Can you please tell me:

- What is the exact error message that you see when you try to play Modern Warfare 2 or join an Xbox party?

- How are you connected to the internet? Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

- Have you tried to test your network connection on your Xbox console? If so, what were the results?

- Have you checked if there are any updates available for Modern Warfare 2 or your Xbox console?

To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

- Check the Xbox Live service status here: Xbox Status | Xbox Support. If there are any service alerts, please wait until they are resolved and try again.

- Clear the cache on your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down, then unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in and turning on the console.

- Delete and reinstall the game from your library or disc. Make sure you have enough storage space before doing this.

- Test your network connection by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network connection. If you see any errors, follow the suggested solutions.

- Reset your network settings by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear > Restart.

Fr tho.... party chat works its game chat, as in in-game voice chat that doesn’t work and no one seems to know why.

Hi, I tried reinstalling the game and also shutting down my Xbox and I can join matchmaking games by myself but when I join a party and matchmake it doesn’t work and still kicks me off the game.

I have updated the controller and it still doesn’t work, it still doesn’t output my mic even though I can hear the mic. However I have noticed when I join a party for half a second my xbox outputs my mic then it just stops. Is that of any help?
