My games and apps disappeared

When I go into my games and apps my xbox one tells me I have no games and suggests I get some from the store. I have plenty of games but the only way I can launch them is to search a game I have in the store and it will give me the option to play the game
it's really annoying. I have searched online and no one else seems to be having this issue. I don't know how to fix it, any advice?

My Games and apps have disappeared from my ' Installed ' List but under the games i have put in 'Group' I can play them from there. Anyone know the reason why?

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Please carry out a hard reset of the console and hopefully everything should be okay afterwards.

To hard reset the console press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds once the console has shut down and power brick light turned orange please restart the console and try again.

 

Also, sign out of XBOX Live and sign back in and you can also try removing your profile and re-downloading it. Good Luck!

 

Thanks. I went to settings disc and blue ray - persistent storage- clear storage

Then back to settings network - alt mac - clear and restart

When it started everything was back to normal.
