that will refresh your xbox dashboard which may solve your problem. If not Hard restart your console by holding down the power button on the xbox until it shuts off.

If you power cycle your Xbox One, do you run into any troubles with it? To power cycle, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off completely. If you still can't play your games, try uninstalling and reinstall to see if there's any change.

Can you tell us what is the error message or what is happening when you are trying to play the games you downloaded from the Game Pass? If it is working on the app then it means there are no issues with your account or subscription but could be the way your account was setup on the console or possibly due to connection.

But let us try to further check, first what I can suggest is to try removing and adding your account from your console first. Make sure to remember or take note what email address you are using for your gamertag before removing it, if you are ready go to this page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro... then follow the steps to remove your account and add it back.

No worries as you will not lose anything as it is just like a sign out and sign in thing. After adding your account back, make sure to restart your device and check again if there are still problems.
