    I went to the website listed, and I did not find the help I seek.

    I cannot sign in to any profile as far as the internal 360 emulator is concerned, therefore now I am locked out of every single game that requires the gamertag recognition.

    There's been a handful of similar threads today with the same error code which leads to believe there's a server issue going on with the 360 consoles. I can't find anything on the status page yet but I hope it is resolved soon.

    I recently changed my gamertag on xbox one and made a longer password now when I go to play a 360 backwards compatible game on xbox one it says I have to re download profile so my gamertag will change but my password for live is too long on 360

    Gamer tag on Xbox

    The restrictions for gamertags have been changed recently so you won't be able to change to a new gamertag with more than 12 letters. Although the post above mentions changing it on a 360 console, I wouldn't recommend it as the old method isn't supported
    anymore and it is going against the current guidelines.
