    I paid for a gamertage change on April 15th:


    My gamertag is not updated, 4+ months later... [​IMG]


    And until now I'm experiencing "transition issue" between my old and my new gamertag.

    If I go to gamertag renewal page, it show my "current gamertag" as my old one:

    But on my profile I'm getting the correct one:

    Depending of the app (on pc, on phone or on xbox) it's showing sometimes the old one, sometimes the new one... I've got half gamertag but at full price :\

    I no longer think it can be a sync issue after waiting 4+ months...

    4 days later....and this sorry excuse of a company still cant get something as simple as fixing a gamertag issue done. lol it'll be a month before these clowns get a clue on how to fix it. Congrats...you guys just lost another customer....
