    I changed my Gamer tag a week ago and it is still the same. My new one sometimes shows up in-game. It is also listed under my old one in account setting. Any suggestions on what is going on

    If it is a technical issue, you should try to contact official support. Personally, I would suggest asking your friends if they continue to see you with the old gamertag. If they see you with the new one, it’s likely that you continue to see the old one due to a cache issue on your device. In this case, simply signing out and signing back into your account might resolve the issue or restart your device. Otherwise, it is confirmed that there is a technical problem.

    Thanks for the answer but I NEVER entered my gamertag wrong...

    I got better things to do as posting and posting here in the Supportforum and NOTHING has been done....

    So if YOU could not fix it, then please give me contact details of someone who could fix it. Or provide me with a msp-card that I can change the gamertag back myself!

    Again: IT WAS NOT MY FAULT AND I DO NOT SPEND MY MONEY TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT IS CAUSED BY MICROSOFT!! (the above mentioned screenshot should proove it, or not??)

    Some others had the same problem and they GET THE ERROR FIXED!!! Why not me??? I´m a loyal XBL gamer for over 5 years now!

    Hey H1ghL1f3! Sorry we missed your latest posts! I'm afraid, as Mister D said above, capitalization isn't something I am able to change for you. My assumption is, most errors in capitalization result from a few years back when you were able to enter your
    own Gamertag upon log in. If you entered and saved the capitalization that you're now seeing before the function was disabled this would be the reason it stuck. It is a bit peculiar that you see the correct capitalization in certain situations but unfortunately
    I'm not able to adjust that! Luckily this isn't something that will prevent you from gaming or doing any normal LIVE activities! :)
