    My gamertag didn't change!


    I have already used my free gamertag change a long time ago but I wanted to change my name again, so I checked if the name was available, it was, I paid the ammount required and it took the money from my account, but the gamertag never changed. This purchase happened 30 may 2022 and as of today I still have not gotten the gamertag I paid for.

    Happened with me a while ago,

    Try restart your Xbox and if it still hasn’t changed, I clicked on the change gamertag option and typed my new name in and it swapped it immediately without asking for another payment.

    I’m guessing that it bought the gamertag change but now wants you to type the same name in to actually use it.
