My gamerpic was removed

Hi, I have over 500 followers and a lot of them are from GTA. My account has been getting reported & gaming picture which I have had for 6 months now but enough people have reported it. I never broke your terms of policy (swearing, profanity or nudity) &
now I can’t change it because I was harassed with question marks (?) I responded, got reported, (no swearing) and I got in trouble for it. I’m just wondering why my gamerpic was removed and I can’t change it because of my behavior

Custom Gamerpics Glitch/Bug

When I try to change my gamerpic to a custom image on the Xbox App from my Windows PC, it will save my changes temporarily and then it gets removed by a default gamerpic. The custom image will stay on the profile for a few seconds
or maybe up to a minute, then it switches to a default picture automatically.

Thank you for bringing this up. Normally, only the user has the ability to change the Gamerpic on their Xbox profile. You can use a custom Gamerpic in your account and we understand that this represents you in our Xbox Family. However, we have guidelines
to follow which is listed in our Code of Conduct. If there something that violates the guidelines in your Gamerpic, our Enforcement team take action from here to change it to another Gamerpic. To prevent this to happen, I recommend that you see the guidelines
for using a custom Gamerpic on this

I appreciate the reply, however the image does not fail the rules as you mentioned. I would like to lay down that in that image, it's avoiding all of the following;

Images intended to harm or harass another person
Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
References to illegal drugs
Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
Images containing personal information
References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures
Inflammatory images directed towards specific demographic groups

It also isn't representing myself nor any other person.

They've been removed from the marketplace. That happens quite often with gamerpics.
