    My gamer tag that I've had for over 4 years was reported changed automatically.


    I had a gamertag based off an inside joke my that I had between me and my brother who passed. I had it for over 4 years and it was
    [Mod Removed] based off of what I thought the singer in a song was singing.

    Is there any way to appeal it and get my old name back?

    If not, why I have to pay 10 dollars to change from an automatically generated name to something I want?

    Gamer tag complaint

    I received an email that my gamer tag was reported and they changed it on me. My gamer tag
    [Mod Removed] has been my gamer tag for years. Why would it suddenly be a problem? And now the SaltyFoal one they gave me I have to pay to change it? I've been a loyal member for years.

    My gamer tag was force changed by the Enforcement team. I am wanting to know why and get my original tag back.

    Current tag:

    Original tag: Creamyrimmers

    I have had that tag for 10 years+ so don't understand why it has been changed

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    The forced gamertag change policy is per the code of conduct you agreed to. Since gamertag changes are $10 in general, you would have to pay to change it.

    So because i made someone mad on Xbox and they decided to spam the report button or tell their friends to report me, I'm stuck with a dumb gamer tag. Obviously if ive had my old gamer tag for over 4 years it can't be that offensive. This is ridiculous Microsoft.

    what if we all report this play for "bad gamer tag"? I've had to change my gamer tag once, it was a little inappropriate, but it still got reported and changed.

    im having the same damn stupid problem. if its not signed into with in a year, I think it should be deleted or reset! they're obviously not using it.

    Why did my gamer-tag change? It really didn't offend nobody ( BIgBOyLuvMiLPhz )it was a funny gamer-tag to make people laugh and this was my first time actually getting reported. My friends gamer-tag were funny but when they got reported they had to change
    there gamer-tag to something else or they couldn't play live at all and you gave them a (FREE GAMER-TAG CHANGE), how come I cant get that opportunity to change my gamer-tag?
