Thank you for you’re help, this has happened before and I had Xbox support call me back and they sorted it within 10 minutes but iv been through every portal.

the only thing I need now is maybe email them but even that I can’t find were I can do that, the call me back support I have tried since the 23rd December and it’s still saying technical difficulties, even the FAQ’s I can’t find anything. Iv even tried ringing Microsoft but the automated chat says the same as yourself go back to Xbox support. Which doesn’t help me I’m afraid I just would like to talk to some one again makes it much easier.
