So your answer is all about that I have to purchase the plan again and can't get my current game pass account activated? I don't know which fraudulent groups you are talking about, but I've paid the full amount of the regarding 16 months plan and I deserve to use the full 16 months subscription. Now paying again for another several months of subscriptions will be a real burden for me to be honest.

I'm sorry for the trouble, BlackBurn5. In regards to your concern Microsoft released a statement saying "Xbox has identified a fraudulent group of resellers who were stacking multiple instances of the PC introductory offer and converting it to Game Pass Ultimate. To resolve this issue, we have notified the impacted users individually prior to having their fraudulently acquired subscriptions cancelled."

It seems like you have cancelled the subscription in the 2nd picture.

You can always renew your subscription in the Microsoft Store.

I’m also not sure if they have a 16 month option for Game Pass.
