    My gamepass is expired before the expiry date


    I purchased 16 months xbox gamepass plan in 31 october 2021. It is about to expire in 5 MArch 2023(showed in the picture no-1) . But suddenly yesterday i opened EA play to play FIFA 21 and it was showing errors. Then I went to the Official Microsoft site and it showd me that my account is expired on 16 june 2022(picture no-2) but it has only 8 months since I purchased the 16 months subscription. Please help me I aint able to play any gamepass games. What should I do now?

    Hello! Thanks for your reply, Francia J.
    So your answer is all about that I have to purchase the plan again and can't get my current game pass account activated? I don't know which fraudulent groups you are talking about, but I've paid the full amount of the regarding 16 months plan and I deserve to use the full 16 months subscription. Now paying again for another several months of subscriptions will be a real burden for me to be honest.

    I'm sorry for the trouble, BlackBurn5. In regards to your concern Microsoft released a statement saying "Xbox has identified a fraudulent group of resellers who were stacking multiple instances of the PC introductory offer and converting it to Game Pass Ultimate. To resolve this issue, we have notified the impacted users individually prior to having their fraudulently acquired subscriptions cancelled."

    I’m Wolfz and I am a Xbox Ambassador. I’m sorry that you are having problems with Game Pass.

    It seems like you have cancelled the subscription in the 2nd picture.

    You can always renew your subscription in the Microsoft Store.

    I’m also not sure if they have a 16 month option for Game Pass.

    Any questions or concerns please let me know.
