My game wont start on disc looking for help

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that the disc does not have any scratches or damages, that may cause issues such as the console will not read the disc license.

Once checked that everything is perfect on the disc, simply perform a powercycle and then insert the disc again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Hi,

The game does not start/install from disc. I uninstalled the game from the Xbox to see if that would help, but i does not.

I have tried to download the game (Trial version) and that works and I got access to my save games and my progression. It just wont start from the disc.

I have tried to install the game from disc with a newly created microsoft account after a factory reset of the Xbox - that works.

Try installing your disc to your Hard Drive. The disc wont spin in your xbox and the game data will be read off of your system harddrive(note: you do need to have the disc in disc try to start the game.) Hope this helps!

They wont automatically start installing but they will appear in Ready to Install next to Games (Digital) If it is a Disc you wont see them until you put the Actual disc into the Xbox (Disc)

My xbox isnt even reading blackflag and instalation wont start its as if the games not in the xbox what do i do?

Try hard restarting your xbox. If you own this game via disc, make sure there are no scratch marks on the disc. This can make a disc unrecognizable.
