My game Won’t install when I download them

For installation issues, try attempting the following steps as it will help fix the issue.

1. Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.

2. Clear the local saved games :Settings -> System -> Clear local saved games -> restart.

3. Close any running games:

1. On the Home screen, navigate to your most recently run game.
   
2. With the game highlighted, press the Menu button and select Quit.
   

4. Cancel the game installation and then reinstall:

1. On the Home screen, open My games & apps > See all > Manage.
   
2. Select Queue and highlight the game or app you're trying to download.
   
3. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Cancel.
   

If the steps above didn't resolve the problem, I would suggest to preform a Soft Factory Rest by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data that can cause this issue without deleting your games or apps.

To Reset your console, Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I finally downloaded the game and the LE content is not there and the LE disc won’t install. When will this be fixed?

P.S.

My campaign won’t install as well. My zombie chronicles is downloaded on the console, but it wont show when I go to play zombies

So I tried that and when I click download to console a pop up screen comes up that asks “where do you want to install this game?” Below that there is a green button that says download to console. The button is not active and won’t let me select it.
