    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand you are experiencing issues playing games. Normally, switching your email wouldn't cause any issues like this. Please let us know these details:

    1. What platform are you trying to play these games on

    2. Are you logged into the same gamer tag, or has it changed

    3. What happens when you try to launch these games. Any error codes/messages?

    Let us know with a response so that we can better understand and troubleshoot this issue.

    EA Access Won't Accept Credit Card On File (Any Other Ways To Pay)?

    Yes I'm in the same boat as you, used two different credit cards and as well a pre paid one I had around as well paypal nothing seems to wrk I hope tmr after wrk it works. Let me know if you get it to wrk or found a way.
