    My Downloaded game will not play

    My apologize, I'm new to posting on this forum and generally don't resort to this but didn't want to contact a support team for something the community could help with. It turns out, please correct me if I am mistaken, but Far Cry 4 has been removed from
    the Xbox store which prevents us digital copy owners from playing.

    I did read what you've explained on their support page and it does not resolve the issue. I hope they fix this, but if there is any further information you all could toss my way, that would be kindly appreciated! Thanks again!

    Can not play my games

    I have the same issue, i am not buying anything but it does not let me play any of my games at all. just say to contact support

    Hey there Jack! Can you first try a direct connection to your modem with an ethernet cable to see if that helps. If not, try removing your current storage device and use a different one, either a Hard Drive or a USB device. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

    please trying clearing your systems cache then restart your console and start game back up, this should allow you too download the update.

    the reason may be that you have tried to download the update and the update was corrupted or incomplete which would cause for you to not play or even download the update again.

    you can clear cache by following the steps in the link

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
