my game will not install

so i am trying to install call of dudy infinite warfare but, it keeps saying installation stopped, ok i tryed soft factory reseting, unpluging for 30 sec, and signing out and in and. i had it installed before so plesse help me it has been a few years so idk if i can get a new disk i dont have case or recete form cosco

No i havent tried this yet. As soon as i posted this the install bar popped up. Its been frozen on 9% for 10 minutes now though :/

By any chance have you tried power cycling your console:

I think it is the disk so i am installing the free trial so it downloads the game but when the trial ends it will say buy game or put in disk so i hope i can just put in the disk for to say i buyed it thank you for your responce

To answer your inquiry, that is highly possible since many antivirus software programs automatically delete suspicious files during security scans. Although these antivirus tools let you restore deleted files, they’ll most likely delete the file again during subsequent scans.
