    My game was removed from my library


    I got Star Wars: Jedi Knight Academy 2019 when it was on gold along with Assassins Creed: Rogue. I came back to play again after buying Kotor 1 & 2 to play and now the game is completely gone, I can download it from the Xbox App but it says I dont own it, and I want to play the game so I can beat the A.I. with Boba Fett again. How do I get my game back? Can you guys return my game? I want to play. Its really annoying because it could happen again for all I know and it needs to be fixed, and yes I've soft reset my Xbox. Just in case AC rogue is still on my account.

    No other account had gold at the time except mine if I remember correctly.

    It may mean that it's not the account where the game was purchased. Kindly check other Microsoft accounts that you have.

    We need to locate the transaction for the game first. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. You should see the game stated as “completed”.
