    My game f125 was refunded when I didn’t refund it i went to sleep woke up and it said it was refunded is there any possible chance that i can get my game because i pre ordered the game and the pre ordered package with it because it is not fair that i have lost money and my game or is their a way that i can cancel the refund when the refund has finalised

    Game not in my account after refund denial

    Yes it is very weird and the game I tried to refund says "refund failed" it does not say refunded. I noticed that a while ago and just waited if it will fix it self but it didnt and got an email saying my refund was denied. When I checked my xbox library the game I tried refunding was not there anymore and went to the store there it was saying I have to buy it again

    Worried about being banned for rebuying and refunding a game 3 times 8 months ago.

    Do you know how many times it takes for it or whatever? I believe I refunded the same game 3 times but I stopped. But I didnt play more then 2 hours. Also when I looked up the refund policy if you refund a game for more then 14 days and play more then 2 hours then they'll deny it. They accepted my refund 3 times when I played less then 2 hours and I didnt have it more then 14 days
